save HMS Plymouth

as I type she is being towed to Turkey to be scrapped, Take to Twitter FB etc to try to stop this.She is a historical vessel and should preserved like HMS Belfast

I looked up this Vessel to see what all the fuss was about. Like I said on the previous 'Plymouth' thread..I dont see its that important in terms of history worth saving..

Other than taking 4 bombs during the Falklands War and being the place where an Argentine General officially surrendered it didnt do much else....

Christ, My Nans house took as many bombs in the Second...

The country doesn't even have the money to pay for the two new aircraftless aircraft carriers it's just had built, so how the fuck can it afford to keep an old wreck? Close a hospital or two?
